Return Process

  Log into your Dawsons account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and remote controls are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring no old tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
